Objective:

Ensure smooth, compliant, and scalable HR operations

Oversee onboarding, confirmation, exits, and full employee lifecycle Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee files, and MIS Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management Implement HR systems, SOPs, and process automation

Qualifications & Experience



MBA / Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources 5-8 years of core HR experience, preferably in media, digital, tech, or startup environments Prior experience in managing a small HR team Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
