Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail pharmacy staff (Pharmacists, Sales Executives, Store Managers, Helpers, Admin staff).

Prepare and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.

Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

Manage performance appraisal, promotions, and disciplinary actions.

Handle employee grievances and improve employee engagement.

Plan manpower requirements based on store expansion.

Coordinate training programs on customer service, grooming, and pharmacy operations.

Ensure labour law compliance and statutory requirements.

Prepare HR reports such as manpower status, attrition, recruitment status, and attendance summary.

Requirements:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, MBA HR preferred.

3-6 years' experience in HR, preferably in Retail / Pharma / FMCG.

Good knowledge of labour laws and HR practices.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Experience in bulk hiring and retail operations HR is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,126.55 - ?30,000.00 per month
