Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Implement and update HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and manage payroll coordination.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
Organize training, team-building activities, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Work closely with leadership on strategic HR planning.
Requirements:

Master's degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or fashion industry.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Fluency in Tamil and English.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
