We are a pharmaceutical distribution company based in Coimbatore seeking an experienced
HR & Admin Manager
to manage recruitment, people operations, attendance systems, employee relations, and payroll coordination. This is a
hands-on role
requiring
strong people management skills
and the ability to implement structure, policies, and continuity in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for daily operations including warehouse staff, admin, accounts, and sales support roles
Define job roles, manpower planning, and backup allocation for critical positions
Define Key Performance Indicators and growth trajectory for employees
Manage attendance, leave approvals, and workforce continuity
Handle employee grievances
Coordinate payroll, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance
Implement HR policies (leave, attendance, conduct, reporting hierarchy)
Act as a bridge between employees and management
Support documentation of SOPs and role clarity
Required Skills & Experience
5-8 years of experience in HR & Administration.
Must have independently handled an employee strength of 100+ employees
Experience in pharma distribution / logistics / manufacturing / trading preferred
Strong people-handling and team motivating ability
