Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
HR Manager
with a strong background in IT and non-IT recruitment, generalist HR activities, and administrative management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our workforce, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (IT and Non-IT):
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for IT and non-IT positions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, job portals, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and define job descriptions.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Generalist HR Activities:
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with company goals.
Address employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Administrative Activities:
Oversee office administration, including facility management and vendor coordination.
Manage employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
Monitor office supplies, budget, and inventory management.
Coordinate with IT and other departments for smooth operations.
Organize and support meetings, events, and conferences.
Skills Development and Training:
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs for employees.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Evaluate training outcomes and maintain records for future reference.
Performance Management:
Drive performance appraisal processes and assist in setting KRAs and KPIs.
Provide support and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
Analyze performance trends and suggest initiatives for improvement.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and dashboards for management review.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in IT and non-IT recruitment, generalist functions, and administration.
Proven track record in managing multiple HR functions simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in HR software, ATS, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with payroll systems.
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
