HR Manager

Anna Nagar, Chennai

Job Summary:


Manages HR operations for corporate office and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:



End-to-end recruitment (site & office roles)

Payroll coordination and statutory compliance

Labour law compliance and employee relations

Performance management and HR policy implementation

Requirements:



MBA / MSW in HR

4-12 years HR experience (construction preferred)

Strong knowledge of labour laws

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?66,000.00 - ?125,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
