-HR Manager (HR Operations & Talent Acquisition)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded HR professional to manage end-to-end Human Resources Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance. The role requires strong functional expertise, operational rigor, and the ability to work closely with leadership and business stakeholders, particularly in supporting Oracle ERP and enterprise technology hiring needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle management, confirmations, transfers, exits, and documentation.
Lead Talent Acquisition efforts with a strong focus on hiring Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud, and enterprise application professionals.
Partner with business leaders and project teams to understand manpower requirements and deliver timely hiring solutions.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, TDS coordination, and related filings.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable employment regulations.
Drive POSH compliance including ICC coordination, training programs, documentation, and statutory reporting.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and workplace conduct matters.
Coordinate audits related to HR, payroll, and statutory compliance and ensure closure of audit observations.
Maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and ensure consistent implementation across the organization.
Support performance management processes, appraisal cycles, and HR reporting.
Act as a point of contact for external vendors including payroll partners, recruiters, and compliance consultants.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HRMS and employee records.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management
Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition for Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud / Enterprise IT roles
Solid understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances
Payroll processing knowledge with hands-on coordination and validation experience
POSH Act compliance and ICC coordination experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism
Strong documentation, reporting, and process orientation
Educational Qualification:
MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources (Preferred)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory)
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Compliance.
Prior experience in IT/Technology/ERP consulting organizations is highly preferred
Exposure to Oracle ERP hiring is mandatory.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
