Maintain employee statutory records and ensure compliance with
Labour Act provisions

Liaise with government authorities for inspections, queries, and audits.
Payroll Management
Process monthly payroll accurately, including salary components, deductions, and overtime.
Calculate statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) and ensure timely payments.
Generate payslips, salary statements, and payroll reports.
HRMS & Employee Data
Maintain and update HRMS with employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Ensure smooth integration of attendance data with payroll.
Employee Relations & Administration
Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction of new employees.
Handle exit formalities including F&F settlement and relieving letters.
Support employee grievance redressal related to salary, leaves, and benefits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or related field.
2-4 years
of experience in HR operations with statutory compliance exposure.
Strong knowledge of
PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other labour laws
.
Hands-on experience in
payroll software
and
HRMS platforms
.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data management.
Good communication and coordination skills.
