KEY DELIVERABLES:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. Oversee employee induction, training, and development programs. Standard operating procedure development and implementation KRI/KPI Development and implementation Customer Service training and managerial Development Act as a trusted advisor to Employees and Leadership on HR-related
matters.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Administer compensation and benefits programs. Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary
procedures.

Analyze HR metrics to improve decision-making and process

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE / AGE :

Master in Business Administration -HR Age between 30 to 35 years Minimum 5 to 6 years as HR Manager in the relevant field Experience in Retail Jewelry, Retail Industry is preferred
