Green Delight Innovation Private Limited is looking for an experienced

HR Manager

to handle end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution Maintain employee records and HR documentation Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management Conduct performance appraisals and employee engagement activities Support management in organizational development initiatives Coordinate training and development programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Executive Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information professionally Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools Strong organizational and leadership skills

Education Qualification

MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent
