Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic

HR Manager

to oversee HR operations in the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in:

Recruitment (primary focus - 70%) Payroll & Statutory Compliance (20%) Employee Engagement Activities (10%)

Qualifications & Experience:

Postgraduate degree in HRM 10-14 years of experience in distribution organizations Proven expertise in recruitment and HR operations

Candidate Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in

English and Tamil

(Tamil natives preferred) Male candidates only 100% willingness to travel Strong command of MS Office and high adaptability Excellent communication and oratory skills in both Tamil and English Age: 40-45 years Must be a

Coimbatore native
