Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, onboarding)
Manage employee records, attendance, and HR documentation

Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
Address employee queries and maintain a positive work culture
Assist in performance reviews and appraisals
Support payroll coordination and leave management
Organize employee engagement activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in an HR role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance
Experience with HR tools or HRMS is a plus
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
