Plan and manage end-to-end recruitment (manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection).
Coordinate onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain recruitment records and offer letters.
Policy Development & Compliance
Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations.
Handle audits related to HR and statutory compliance.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact between management and employees.
Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.
Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems.
Support department heads in goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
Monitor employee productivity and improvement plans.
Compensation & Benefits
Manage payroll coordination, salary structures, incentives, and benefits.
Ensure timely salary processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).
Conduct salary benchmarking and revisions.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and plan skill development programs.
Organize internal and external training sessions.
Maintain training records and effectiveness evaluations.
Attendance & Leave Management
Oversee attendance systems, leave policies, and shift schedules.
Monitor absenteeism and enforce leave rules.
Statutory & Legal Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with labor laws such as Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and CLRA.
Coordinate with labor consultants and government authorities when required.
HR Records & Documentation
Maintain employee files, contracts, and confidential records.
Manage HR MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
Exit Management
Handle resignations, exit interviews, final settlements, and relieving letters.
Analyze attrition trends and recommend corrective actions.
Health, Safety & Welfare
Support workplace safety, health programs, and employee welfare initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety and workplace regulations.
Strategic HR Support
Advise management on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Align HR initiatives with business goals.
