Key Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment for multiple departments
Implement and manage HR policies & company rules
Ensure statutory & labour law compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act, etc.)
Manage employee relations, discipline, and grievances
Support management with HR planning and team management
Promote a positive and collaborative work culture
Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in HR (Manufacturing/Industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of labour laws & compliance
Good communication and coordination skills
Flexible, proactive, and management-supportive attitude
