Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead recruitment efforts: job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
Support managers in coaching, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
Maintain HRIS records, employee files, and HR metrics reporting.
Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and time-off tracking.
Handle employee investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (FMLA, ADA, EEO, etc.).
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
Drive training and development strategies to support employee success.
Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning.
Manage health & safety standards, workplace policies, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of HR experience; 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, BambooHR, etc.).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
