1. Recruitment - End to end recruitment by generating various sources for recruitment
2. Joining Formalities, Induction & Appointment letter for all new joiners.
3. Providing Induction Training to New Joiners
4. Working on employee databases and maintaining employee files and trackers
5. Designing Salary Breakup , Payroll Processing, Attendance & Leave Record, HR Registers, Files
6. MIS Preparation and sending various reports.
7. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
8. Maintain in- depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
9. Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations.
10. Conducting Employee Engagement Activities as and when required.
11. Be able to work independently with minimum instructions
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
