Develop job descriptions and person specifications for academic and non-academic staff.
Advertise open positions through appropriate channels (online portals, job boards, recruitment fairs).
Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assist in the selection process.
Manage the onboarding process, including orientation, documentation, and induction for new staff.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation systems.
Coordinate performance reviews and track progress towards institutional goals.
Coordinate and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance professional skills.
Assist in the administration of salary structures and benefits programs for all staff.
Process payroll information and ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
Maintain and update employee records related to compensation, benefits, and leave entitlements.
Organize and promote employee engagement initiatives such as wellness programs, social events, and team-building activities.
Assist in the preparation of HR-related policies, handbooks, and communication materials.
Support the HR department in daily administrative tasks and reporting.
