The HR Manager manages recruitment, employee engagement, payroll and compliance while overseeing daily HR operations. They handle conflict resolution, performance management and training while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Needs to handle Payroll, Statutory Compliances, HRMS, HR policies and Labor Law.
Training, counselling and coaching of staff
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
Nurture a positive working environment
Knowledge and experienced in HR systems and databases
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Conducting performance and wage reviews.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance to company policy
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation
Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
Oversees the daily workflow
Qualifications:
BA or equivalent Bachelor's degree is an essential requirement
MBA or equivalent Master's degree would be an added advantage
Knowledge:
Aware of the latest HR Policies and Labour Laws.
Good overall knowledge of local and international markets.
Experience:
3 - 5 years of experience as HR Generalist or 1 - 2 years of experience as HR Manager.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to multitask and take new initiatives
Persevering, enthusiastic, motivated and self-driven.
Ability to develop and maintain good employee relationships.
Ability to handle employee objections and resolve issues effectively.
