HR Manager
to handle daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end hiring: posting, screening, interviews, onboarding
Maintain employee records & HR documentation
Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
Create HR policies, SOPs, and performance review systems
Support employee engagement and resolve HR queries
Ensure compliance with labour laws
Requirements
2-5 years of HR experience
Strong communication and documentation skills
Good knowledge of HR operations and labour laws
Proficiency in Excel/HR tools
