About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and people-centric HR Manager who can independently own and run the full spectrum of HR operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong judgment, and the ability to balance employee needs with business priorities in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage end-to-end hiring for tech, digital, and operations roles Drive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures
HR Operations

Oversee onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and exit formalities Maintain employee records, policies, and compliance Manage probation confirmations, attendance, and disciplinary protocols
Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns Conduct regular check-ins, 1:1s, and pulse assessments Plan engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture
Performance & Development

Manage KPIs, appraisal cycles, and goal-setting Coordinate with managers for performance discussions and developmental plans
Payroll & Benefits

Coordinate with Finance for accurate salary inputs Handle payroll issues, salary revisions, letters, and benefits queries
HR Strategy & Culture

Contribute to building a structured, high-trust culture Improve HR processes, policies, and frameworks Ensure fair practices, transparency, and consistency

Requirements

4-6 years of hands-on HR experience Strong exposure to recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in digital/IT agency environment is preferred Immediate joiners from Chennai highly preferred
