Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Human Resources operations, ensuring alignment between business objectives and employee needs. This role manages recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and HR strategy to support a productive, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing



Lead the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Develop workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies Manage employer branding initiatives and hiring analytics

2. Employee Relations



Serve as the primary point of contact for employee issues and conflict resolution Foster a positive workplace culture and support engagement initiatives Conduct investigations and manage disciplinary actions where necessary

3. Performance Management



Oversee the performance appraisal process Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, and development plans Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs

4. HR Policies & Compliance



Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and handbook Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company standards Manage HR audits and maintain accurate documentation

5. Compensation & Benefits



Assist in compensation planning and benchmarking Administer payroll processes in collaboration with the finance team Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships

6. HR Operations & Analytics



Maintain HRIS accuracy and generate HR reports Analyze data to support decision-making and HR strategy Optimize HR processes for efficiency and scalability

Qualifications & SkillsEducation & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years of progressive HR experience; 2+ years in a managerial role HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus

Technical & Soft Skills



Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office tools Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality

Work Environment



Full-time position; may require occasional travel depending on company needs Works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,188.77 - ₹50,733.30 per month
