Hire new staff and help with the interview and onboarding process
Keep employee records updated and organized
Handle staff questions, concerns, and workplace issues
Make sure the institution follows labor laws and company policies
Support performance reviews and staff evaluations
Organize training and development programs for employees
Manage employee attendance, leaves, and basic payroll support
Help with staff communication and maintaining a positive work environment
Assist with benefits, contracts, and HR paperwork
Work closely with management to support staffing needs and HR planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Experience in HR (preferably in an educational institution)
Good communication and people skills
Ability to keep information confidential
Basic knowledge of HR laws and practices
