Manage end-to-end hiring process for all departments
Develop job descriptions and job postings
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Build talent pipelines for future requirements
Manage onboarding and induction programs
2. Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Resolve workplace issues calmly and professionally
Maintain a positive work culture by promoting engagement initiatives
Conduct regular employee meetings, feedback sessions, and surveys
3. Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems
Assist managers in setting KPIs and development plans
Track employee performance and identify training needs
Manage promotions, confirmations, and performance improvement plans (PIP)
4. HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
Maintain proper HR documentation and audit readiness
5. Payroll & Benefits Management
Oversee monthly payroll processing with accuracy
Manage attendance, leave records, and salary revisions
Administer employee benefits such as insurance, incentives, reimbursements
6. Training & Development
Coordinate training sessions and skill-development programs
Identify training needs through performance reviews
Track learning outcomes and maintain training records
7. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, HRMS/ERP data, and documentation
Handle exit processes including resignation, clearance, and full & final settlements
Organize company events, celebrations, and engagement activities
8. Strategic HR Planning
Partner with leadership to forecast manpower requirements
Improve HR processes and suggest strategic initiatives
Monitor HR metrics like attrition, hiring time, absenteeism, etc.
Note : This position involves travel of 50% in a week within the city involves
