Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Ensure statutory and labour law compliance for the manufacturing plant.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Oversee time-office activities, shift planning, and manpower management.
Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and HR documentation.
Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and audit requirements.
Manage training needs, L&D activities, and skill-development programs.
Work closely with plant leadership to support productivity and workforce planning.
Maintain MIS reports and support internal/external HR audits.
