We are seeking an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions in a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, statutory compliance, Industrial Relations, and HR operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including manpower planning, sourcing, interviews & onboarding.
Maintain statutory compliance under PF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour & Factory Acts, etc.
Maintain HR records, registers, and documentation as per audit requirements.
Handle payroll support activities including attendance, leave management & salary inputs.
Manage performance appraisals, confirmation process, and competency tracking.
Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment on the shop floor.
Coordinate with external agencies like auditors, contractors, and government authorities.
Prepare HR MIS reports on a monthly basis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor/Master degree in HR / Business Administration.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in
manufacturing industry
.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal & problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle workforce management in factory environment.
