Job Description

Veranda Phire Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd is hiring an HR Manager with expertise in:

- Payroll processing and coordinating for labour compliances

- HR Ops support like offer, appointment letter, joining formalities, employee record updating and managing, exit process, FnF

- Recruitment through referrals and other sources like WhatsApp groups, LinkedIn

- PMS, goal setting, annual appraisal

- Basic employee engagement initiatives

- Minimum 2+ Years experience needed

Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (2 Saturdays and All Sundays off).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹480,000.00 per month
