Job Summary



The HR Manager oversees all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, compensation, and statutory benefits administration such as ESI and PF. The role ensures HR practices support organizational goals and meet all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Staffing



Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.

2. Employee Relations



Serve as the primary point of contact for employee issues, concerns, and conflict resolution. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Conduct internal investigations as needed.

3. Performance Management



Oversee performance appraisal cycles. Support managers in goal setting, coaching, and employee development. Identify talent gaps and succession planning requirements.

4. Training & Development



Assess training needs and create development programs. Organize compliance training and employee skill-building sessions.

5. Compensation, Benefits & Statutory Compliance



Administer payroll, salary revisions, and benefits.

Manage ESI & PF-related work including:

Registration in ESI number for new employees. Monthly ESI & PF contributions and filings. Handling ESI claims, PF withdrawals, transfers, and settlements. Ensuring timely submission of statutory reports and returns. Maintaining updated records as per government norms. Ensure company compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

6. HR Policies & Documentation



Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Ensure adherence to safety and workplace regulations.

7. HR Strategy & Reporting



Provide HR analytics and reports to management. Recommend improvements to HR processes and employee engagement initiatives. Support long-term HR planning aligned with organizational goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
