Generate required MIS, HR dashboards, and reports for India leadership and global offices.
Create and manage HR folders, categories, templates, and document workflows across all departments.
2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
Oversee
monthly payroll
processing end-to-end, coordinating with Finance and Zoho Payroll teams.
Maintain compliance with all statutory requirements including:
PF, ESI, LWF, PT, Gratuity
Shops & Establishments Act
Maternity Benefit Act
Bonus and Leave policies
Handle employee reimbursements, F&F settlements, and tax declarations.
Manage labour law audits and coordinate with external consultants.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
Build talent pipelines for operations, customer service, sales, warehouse, and leadership roles.
Oversee seamless onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Coordinate training needs and skill development plans.
4. Employee Relations & Culture
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and conflict resolution.
Support managers across India branches in performance, behaviour, and disciplinary matters.
Conduct HR counselling, intervention sessions, and retention strategies.
Plan employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.
5. Performance Management
Manage quarterly and annual performance cycles through Zoho People.
Guide managers on KPIs, appraisals, promotions, and performance improvement plans.
Maintain documentation of performance evaluations and development plans.
6. Policy, Process & Documentation
Draft, update, and implement HR policies aligned with Indian MNC standards and organizational needs.
Maintain the India employee handbook, workplace conduct guidelines, and compliance manuals.
Ensure consistent adherence to processes across all India locations.
7. Coordination with Global HR
Collaborate closely with HR heads in the USA and UAE for global workforce alignment.
Lead cross-country HR coordination for payroll, compliance, policy harmonization, and employee transfers.
Support global projects related to HR tech, culture, DEI, and organizational restructuring.
8. Safety, Welfare & Office Admin (HR Scope)
Oversee workplace safety norms and employee welfare initiatives.
Drive POSH compliance including training, documentation, and ICC coordination.
Support admin oversight such as ID cards, assets issuance, visitor logs, and travel HR processes.
Skills & QualificationsRequired
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
Minimum
6-10 years of HR experience
with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong working knowledge of
Zoho People
, Zoho Recruit, or any HRMS.
Deep understanding of Indian labour laws, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi/Tamil).
Strong people management, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
Preferred
