Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Regional HR Manager to oversee HR operations across multiple locations. This role requires strategic HR leadership, ensuring compliance, talent acquisition, and employee engagement while aligning with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, ensure compliance with labor laws, and implement HR strategies across regions.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, manage workforce planning, and address employee relations issues.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture, provide training, and support HR teams in various locations.
- Performance Management: Monitor performance reviews, drive employee engagement, and manage compensation and benefits.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 14+ years of HR management experience, preferably in a regional role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and compliance regulations.
- Ability to handle multi-location HR operations efficiently.
