1. Recruitment & Staffing
Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
2. Employee Relations
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
3. Performance Management
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
4. Compensation & Benefits
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compensation strategies.
Conduct salary reviews and benchmarking.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal equity standards.
5. Policy Development & Compliance
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
6. HR Strategy & Reporting
Contribute to business strategy through workforce planning and organizational design.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement) and recommend improvements.
Support leadership with data-driven HR insights and reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, CIPD) preferred.
