HR Manager - Restaurant Industry

Location: Madurai

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the restaurant or hospitality industry to manage our HR operations. The ideal candidate should be skilled in recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant staff and management positions Manage employee attendance, payroll, ESI, and PF documentation Develop and implement HR policies and procedures Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws Oversee training, performance evaluation, and staff welfare Support management in building a positive and productive workplace culture
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience (preferably in the restaurant/hospitality sector) Strong communication and leadership skills Knowledge of HRMS, labor laws, and statutory compliance
Salary: Based on experience and performance
