MSW / MBA in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete HR operations including policy implementation, recruitment, payroll, and attendance management
Maintain employee records and ensure statutory and legal compliance
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management
Possess strong knowledge of labor laws, service laws, and industrial relations
Lead HR process improvements, employee engagement, and training initiatives
Support management in workforce planning and performance management
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
Good understanding of labor and employment laws
Male candidates preferred
Ideal age around 40 years
10-12 years of experience in managing all aspects of HR and Administration
