Job Description

The incubent will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including

1) recruitment,

2)training, and

3)employee relations.

They also have to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Recruitment Oversee the recruitment process, Review resumes, and Handle onboarding. Training and development Plan and implement training programs, Ensure employees follow best practices, and Conduct employee development programs. Employee relations Maintain positive relationships with employees, Handle employee conflicts, Resolve disputes or complaints, and Advise executives on workplace conduct.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
