Core Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.? Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and talent management processes.? Create and administer employee training and development programs.? Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and reward programs.? Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.? Lead performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies.? Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.? Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and HRIS systems.? Serve as a liaison between management and staff, promoting a productive and supportive workplace culture.?
Qualification

MBA-HR Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM) may be preferred.? Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.?
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
