Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned

HR Manager

with over

15 years of experience

in managing human resource operations within a manufacturing environment. The role demands strong leadership, deep understanding of industrial relations, statutory compliance, and workforce management at the plant level. The ideal candidate will drive organizational growth through effective HR strategies, policy implementation, and employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning:



Plan and execute recruitment based on manpower requirements for all departments. Manage the complete recruitment cycle for staff and factory workers. Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure adequate staffing levels.

2. Attendance, Payroll & Statutory Compliance:



Supervise attendance, shift management, and leave records. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timely disbursement. Ensure 100% compliance with statutory requirements under ESI, PF, Gratuity, and Factories Act. Maintain statutory registers, liaise with labor inspectors, and handle audits.

3. Industrial Relations & Employee Welfare:



Maintain healthy employee relations within the factory. Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution effectively. Implement welfare activities, safety initiatives, and employee engagement programs.

4. Training & Development:



Identify training needs and design learning programs for workers and staff. Promote skill enhancement and cross-functional training. Track and evaluate training effectiveness.

5. Performance Management:



Develop and implement performance appraisal systems. Guide department heads in setting KRAs and conducting performance reviews. Drive productivity and retention through recognition and reward programs.

6. Policy Implementation & HR Administration:



Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and reports. Support management in strategic decision-making through HR analytics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
