Ensure the accuracy, security, and proper maintenance of all employee records and documentation.

Review policies and practices:

Evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies, such as those covering hiring, compensation, benefits, and workplace safety, to ensure they align with current laws.

Reporting:

Document findings from audits and provide detailed reports to management with actionable recommendations for improvement.

Training and guidance:

Assist in training HR staff and employees on compliance-related topics and provide subject matter expertise on projects.

Collaboration:

Work with other departments, such as Legal, Operations, and Finance, as well as external auditors, to address compliance issues.

Reviewing employment contracts, personal information, and other documents for accuracy and completeness.
