We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead the end-to-end HR operations, ensuring effective management of recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to management and play a key role in building a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Drive the full recruitment cycle -- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
Payroll Management:
Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Maintain employee records and manage salary revisions, incentives, and reimbursements.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive work environment.
Conduct regular feedback sessions and implement employee retention initiatives.
Statutory Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Liaise with external auditors and government departments for compliance-related matters.
HR Operations & Policy:
Manage HR documentation, employee database, and HRMS system.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
MBA / Master's in HR or related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) in HR generalist or leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliances, and labor laws.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
