Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-8 years of HR experience, including exposure to technical product organisations or tech-driven teams.
Proven experience in both HR operations and recruitment/pipeline management, preferably in a start-up environment.
Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
Demonstrated success in building employee engagement programs and managing HR projects end-to-end.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of and experience with HR softwares like Zoho People
