Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Develop job descriptions, post job ads, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Design and execute employee engagement programs and retention strategies.
3. Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
Support managers in conducting evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
Identify and address performance improvement needs.
4. HR Policy & Compliance
Develop, update, and implement HR policies in line with labor laws.
Ensure compliance with statutory and legal HR requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Maintain confidentiality of employee records and data.
5. Training & Development
Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs.
Support leadership development and succession planning.
6. Compensation & Benefits
Administer payroll and ensure accuracy in attendance and leave records.
Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend pay structure updates.
Manage employee welfare programs.
7. HR Operations & Reporting
Maintain HR databases and prepare regular HR analytics and MIS reports.
Support HR audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
