Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment and onboarding process
Maintain employee records and handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, etc.)
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Handle staff grievances and disciplinary actions professionally
Conduct performance appraisals and training programs
Coordinate with management for manpower planning and staff welfare initiatives
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management / Business Administration
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in HR (preferably in an educational institution or corporate sector)
Good knowledge of HR laws, ESI/PF, and recruitment processes
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
