Job Description

As an HR Manager, we require you to oversee all employee-related functions, including recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals, foster a positive company culture, manage employee relations, and act as a key link between management and staff.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

: Managing the hiring process, sourcing talent, and facilitating new employee integration.

Training & Development

: Planning and implementing programs to improve employee skills and support career growth.

Performance Management

: Overseeing performance appraisal systems to ensure peak employee performance.

Compensation & Benefits

: Administering and managing employee benefits programs and payroll.

Employee Relations

: Addressing workplace conflicts, grievances, and fostering a positive work environment.

Compliance

: Ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and internal company policies.

Strategy

: Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives and workforce needs.

Culture & Engagement

: Driving initiatives to boost employee engagement, retention, and a positive organizational culture.

Reporting

: Analyzing HR data to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

Leadership & Communication

: Strong ability to manage people and communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking

: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with broader business goals.

Legal & Regulatory Knowledge

: Up-to-date understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.

: Comprehensive knowledge of HR practices across recruitment, development, compensation, and employee relations.
