IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERABLE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Recruitment:

- On-boarding of new joiners and completing joining formalities and induction process.

- Recruiting the potential candidates for PAN India operations on-time and as per requirements.

- Help in increasing the referral conversion percentage.

- Manage the full onboarding process for staff in all locations.

- Need to work as a Single Point of Contact with Department Managers (HODs) and candidates.

- Maintain data of employers and job seekers in excel, sending mass mail and other activities.

Payroll amd Statutory Compliances:

- Attendance and Leave Management.

- Payroll - Salary - PF - ESI Remittances - Full & Final Settlement.

- Other Statutory Compliance - Factories Act, Labour Department, PF, ESI etc.

- Employee Relations - HR Policy Administration.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Knowledge of MS Office and Internet Browsing.

- Must have good communication skills (written & verbal).

- Must be proactive, ready to learn and grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
