Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's HR policies, processes, and frameworks in alignment with business goals.
Partner with leadership to define and execute a people strategy that supports growth.
Drive end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles and construction site teams.
Build talent pipelines and employer branding to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Establish HR systems for performance management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on organizational structure and workforce planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
6-10 years of HR management experience (construction/real estate industry preferred).
Strong background in recruitment and setting up HR processes from scratch.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and workforce management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment.
