We are looking for a dynamic, shrewd and sharp HR personality to oversee the entire HR functions.

Job Summary:

Job Purpose:



To lead and manage the complete Human Resources function across company's Head Office and multiple plants. The role is responsible for driving statutory compliance, recruitment, payroll management, training & development, succession planning, and fostering a high-performance work culture aligned with the company's core values.

Key Responsibilities:



1. HR Strategy & Leadership



Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.

2. Statutory Compliance



Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory requirements related to labour laws, ESI, PF, gratuity, factories act, etc. Liaise with government authorities and legal advisors to handle inspections and audits.

3. Recruitment & Manpower Planning



Forecast manpower needs for H.O. and plants. Develop and execute robust recruitment plans to attract, hire and retain the right talent. Build relationships with consultants, colleges, and industry networks.

4. Payroll & HR Operations



Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory norms. Maintain employee records and HR MIS. Handle employee queries related to compensation and benefits.

5. Training & Development



Design and implement annual training calendars for employees at all levels. Organize technical, behavioural, and statutory training programs. Evaluate training effectiveness and track skill improvements.

6. Succession Planning



Identify critical roles and design succession plans for key positions. Develop high-potential employees for leadership roles.

7. Work Culture & Employee Engagement



Champion initiatives to build a positive and performance-driven work culture. Resolve employee grievances proactively. Conduct employee engagement surveys and act on feedback.

8. Core Values Implementation



Drive awareness and adoption of Renacon's core values across all levels. Develop recognition programs to reinforce desired behaviours.

9 Industrial Relations



Build healthy relations with workers and unions (if applicable). Handle disciplinary actions and ensure fair practices.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership and people management abilities. Hands-on experience in recruitment and training. Ability to build trust and influence at all levels. Proficiency in HR software and payroll systems.

Qualification & Experience



MBA in Human Resources from a premier Institute 15-20 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing / building materials sector. Prior experience managing multi-location HR operations is a plus. English and Tamil fluency is must.

Other Requirements



Willingness to travel to plants. Strong ethical standards and integrity.
