The HR Manager will oversee the entire human resources function for the group, ensuring smooth recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and organizational development. This role requires a proactive professional who can balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term strategy to build a strong, motivated, and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for multiple business units.
Manage end-to-end hiring: job postings, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure transparent communication between management and staff.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Draft and update HR policies, contracts, NDAs, and employment agreements.
Conduct regular audits of HR practices to ensure compliance.
Performance & Training
Oversee performance appraisal processes and KPIs.
Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.
Support career growth and succession planning.
Payroll & Administration
Work with finance to manage payroll, attendance, and leave records.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee databases.
Ensure smooth exit management and clearance processes.
Key Skills & Competencies

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5-8 years of HR management experience (healthcare/hospitality experience preferred).
Proven track record of managing multi-location or multi-brand organizations.
