We are seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for our hotel and restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, training, compliance, and building a positive workplace culture that supports excellent guest service.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
Manage end-to-end recruitment for hotel, restaurant, and support staff
Oversee onboarding, induction, and training programs
Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and safety regulations
Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employer-employee relations
Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives
Conduct performance reviews and support career development plans
Maintain HR records and generate periodic reports for management
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years of HR management experience (hospitality industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of labor laws, PF/ESI compliance, and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts professionally
Proficiency in HR software, MS Excel, and payroll systems
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability

Pay: ₹14,203.49 - ₹35,000.00 per month
