The HR Manager is ultimately responsible for the entire payroll process, from data collection and input to final disbursements The HR Manager works with payroll software and systems, ensuring data integrity, performing necessary upgrades, and seeking solutions to optimize the payroll process. They collaborate closely with the finance department and other HR functions to ensure a smooth and integrated flow of employee and payroll information addressing and resolving any payroll discrepancies or employee queries related to pay is a critical part of their role.
Employee Relations and Support:
