Position:

HR Manager

Location:

Tirupur, Tamil Nadu

Hospital:

Sree Saran Medical Centre, 200-bedded NABH-accredited Multi-Specialty Hospital

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee relations.

Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and performance management systems.

Support management in manpower planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.

Foster a positive work culture and address staff grievances effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:

MBA or Equivalent qualification in Human Resources

Minimum 7-8 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare

Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and hospital staffing dynamics.

Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.

Remuneration:

Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
