Job Summary:



The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves developing HR strategies, implementing policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws while supporting the organization's goals. The HR manager will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive workplace culture and efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization's vision and objectives. Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, interviews, selection, onboarding, and induction programs. Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner. Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS systems with accuracy and confidentiality. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Design and manage performance appraisal systems, employee engagement activities, and retention strategies. Plan and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth. Manage payroll inputs, leave records, attendance, and employee benefits. Prepare and analyze HR reports, metrics, and recommendations for senior management. Promote a positive organizational culture, teamwork, and professional growth.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,803.51 per month
