HR Manager
to join our team and lead human resources operations, people management, and administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and team development.
Handle HR compliance including ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain HR records and ensure smooth HR operations.
Implement HR policies, systems, and processes effectively.
Support employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.
Collaborate with store operations for workforce planning and staff coordination.
Handle store-related HR and admin functions as required.
Manage HR applications and systems for better efficiency and reporting.
Supervise and guide HR and admin staff in their daily tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in HR, preferably with exposure to retail/store management.
Reputed degree from a recognized college (MBA in HR or equivalent preferred).
Strong knowledge of statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.).
Excellent people management and team handling skills.
Proficiency in HR applications, systems, and MS Office.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage HR & admin responsibilities.
